(b)Anybenefitssetout

purchase,pleasereadthisPolicysothatyoucanunderstandyourrights
andwhatyoucanexpectfromusifyouarenotsatisfiedwithyourorder.

Law
(a)Underthe
AustralianConsumerLaw:

Ourgoodsandservicescomewithguaranteesthatcannotbeexcludedunderthe
AustralianConsumerLaw.Formajorfailureswiththe
goods

AustralianConsumerLaw
applies,thenwecannotavoidtheConsumerGuarantees
which
it
provides.IfthereisaninconsistencybetweenthisPolicyandtheAustralian
ConsumerLaw,the
AustralianConsumerLaw
willprevail.
(e)Furtherinformationaboutthe

andtheseConsumerGuarantees

a
productorservicewhichyoupurchasedfromushas
a
majorfailure(asdefined
in
the
AustralianConsumerLaw)
thenyoumaybeentitledto
a
replacementor
refund
.
You
mayalsobeentitledtocompensationforanyreasonablyforeseeablelossordamage
resultingfromthatmajorfailure.

failurewhichdoesnotamount
to
a

3.
Cancellation
andChange
of
Mind
(a)lntheeventthatyoureceivetheproductsorservicesyouhave
purchased

thatyousimplychangeyourmind,we
may

atourdiscretion,offeryou
a
refundor
exchange
,
providedthat:

Anydamagedproductmustbereturned

thecondition

which

was
received

togetherwithanypackagingandotheritemswhichyoureceivedwiththedamaged

(b)Wewillarrangetorepairorcollectthedamagedproductandreplace

withanequivalent
product

providedthatyouhavecontacteduswithin14daysfromthedate
ofreceivingtheproduct.
5.
Exceptions
(a)NotwithstandingtheotherprovisionsofthisPolicy,wemayrefusetoprovide

repair

Youmisusedthesaidproduct
in
a
waywhichcausedtheproblem.
Youkneworweremadeawareoftheproblem(s)withtheproductorservicebefore
youpurchased

servicetobedonein
a
certain
manner

oryouaskedforalterations
to
a
product
,
againstouradvice,oryouwereunclearaboutwhatyouwanted.
Anyotherexceptionsthatapplyunderthe
AustralianConsumerLaw.

ShippingCostsforReturns
(a)lntheeventthat
a
productyouhavepurchasedfailstomeetoneormoreConsumer
Guaranteesunderthe
AustralianConsumerLaw,
weshallbearanycostofshippingthe
saidproduct(the”ReturnedProduct”)backtous,aswellasanycostofshippingany
replacementproducttoyou.
(b)IftheReturnedProductcaneasilybeshippedor
returned

thenyouareresponsiblefor
organisingfortheReturnedProducttobereturnedto
us
.
IftheReturnedProductiseligible
for
a
repair

replacementorrefundunderthetermsofthisPolicy(includingunder
the
AustralianConsumerLaw)
thenwewillreimburseyouforthereasonable
postage

shippingortransportationcostsfortheReturnedProduct.
(c)IftheReturnedProductistoolarge,tooheavy,orotherwisetoodifficulttoberemovedand
returnedbyyou,andisbelievedtobeeligiblefor
